Keep it simple! RV camping and cozy cabins
1. Occupancy: Only ONE (1) RV is allowed per campsite. Maximum of 4 adult campers and 1 vehicle per site. Visitors are permitted between the hours of 9am and 9 pm. Guests must let us know via messaging if they are expecting visitors. Registered guests and their visitors are expected to read and adhere to all campground guidelines.
2. Reservations: You must be 21 years or older to make a camping reservation and camp at Cedar Creek Camp.
3. Checking In&Out: Check-in time: 3 to 5 pm / Check-out time: Prior to 11 am If you will need an early or late check in/out, please contact us by phone, text or message.
4. Quiet Time: Quiet time is 9pm to 9 am. Offensive noises or ill-mannered conduct will not be tolerated at any time. Please be courteous to other guests around you. Disorderly conduct will not be tolerated as we are a family park and is grounds for eviction.
5. Parking: Only 1 RV and a maximum of 1 vehicle allowed per site reservation unless stated otherwise. We are a small campground, and you may need to park a vehicle in a different location than at your site. No vehicles can block any portion of roadway. Vehicles may park in designated spaces only. Second vehicles, boat trailers, cargo trailers or car dollies can be parked in designated parking spots.
6. Condition: All motor homes, RVs and travel trailers must be in good working order and appearance. We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable. All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.
7. Vehicles: Maximum speed limit on property is 5 mph. Small motorized vehicles are allowed as long at they can adhere to the speed limit and are operated by licensed drivers at their own risk. This equipment is allowed only on gravel roads and paths, parking lots and within the RV and camping areas from sunrise to sunset. No motorized equipment is allowed in grass or “offroad” areas. Please observe our speed limit to ensure the safety of all our guests. Remember…Children are playing!
8. Fires: Campfires are allowed in fire rings and grills only. Never leave a campfire unattended. Do not discard ashes in trash or on grass. Burning trash in the fire ring is strictly prohibited. Gathering of firewood in the camp is prohibited; there may be some firewood available for purchase at camp or you may bring some. Do not remove tables or fire rings from campsites.
9. Children: An adult (18 years or older) must accompany children 12 and under. Children are present all around the camp and should always be supervised. Please try to set a good example for them with your actions and words.
10.Pet-Friendly Policy: We welcome your dog/cat to our campground. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet. We expect that you will take good care of your pet which includes not leaving your pet unattended. Pets must be on a leash except in the dog park, and owners must clean up after their pet. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests or the camp. Pets should be vaccinated and are not allowed in buildings and amenity areas.
11.Trash and Garbage: Site must be kept neat and tidy at all times. Please tie all trash up in plastic bags and take your trash to the dumpster. Do not leave your trash outside. Sites must be left in neat and clean condition, free of any trash and debris, for the next camper.
12.Disposal: Any drain water (gray or black) ground disposal is prohibited by State Law. Wastewater from RVs (including sink water) can be disposed of into tank at Dump Station. No washing RV or cars from campsites. If you are unfamiliar with using a dump station, please ask for help.
13.Bath House: For the comfort of all our guests, the Bath House restrooms are open 24/7. Please help in keeping restrooms clean. Children in restrooms require adult supervision.
14.Security: The gates to the park should remain closed at night. If you need to leave or return after the gates are closed, please close them behind you. There are several cameras around the camp premises; these are solely for the security and safety of the guests of Cedar Creek Camp.
15.Prohibited: The use of the following is prohibited: Hunting, tent camping except as designated, maintenance or washing on RV’s or vehicles, paint products, chemicals, drones or other remote-controlled machines, firearms, archery, paintball, slingshots or air guns, fireworks, illegal drugs, vandalism and obnoxious behavior.
16.Responsibility: You are responsible for damage caused by yourself and/or members of your camping party. Parents are expected to act responsibly in the watch and care of their children.
17.Emergency: In case of emergency, there are 2 nearby hospitals; Fort Logan Hospital Stanford (7 miles) Mount Vernon (11 Miles), In case of severe weather, you must use your discretion to seek shelter. If you need to call 911 for any reason, and time allows, please alert the caretaker so they can be prepared to escort the emergency personnel to your site.
18.Eviction: We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the Rules, Terms and Conditions of Cedar Creek Camp.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellations: • 14 days or more – 100% refund • 7 to 14 days – 50% • Less than 7 days – 0 refund
2. Refunds: We do not give refunds for early departures, inclement weather, or evictions. Camping is an outdoor experience and accordingly, we do not offer refunds due to weather. A violation of the rules or terms is grounds for ejection from the campground without refund. The Management reserves the right to refuse service, limit the length of stay and the number of persons or vehicles per site and/or evict any person or party without refund.
3. "No Worries Reservation Credit": In severe weather and serious emergencies, will consider crediting your stay for a future reservation when you call us to discuss your situation at least 5 days before your stay. We reserve the right to credit a future stay at our discretion.

We know how important pets are to our guests. Pets are welcome (see policies).One inside dog is allowed at Cabin and V-RV stays. An inside pet fee of $20 per stay applies to all Cabin & V-RV stays. Pets are allowed at RV sites. There is not a pet fee for RV sites or for outside sporting dogs.. Please see Camp Rules regarding pets. Please call to discuss any special pet needs you may have!
Parking space is limited at camp. Please park your vehicle on your site unless other arrangements are made.

TERMS This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of the campground or any part therein, or any of the other facilities. Tenants and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets. Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied around camp by an adult. Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same. You are responsible for damage caused by yourself and/or members of your camping party. While we encourage participation in planned activities, parents are expected to act responsibly in the watch and care of their children. Cedar Creek Camp is not responsible for accidents, injuries or losses from any cause or damage to any vehicle or RV. The campground is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle. Keep your valuables locked up. Report any problems with your site to the Main Office immediately. We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods, or for personal injury to you or your guests. Disorderly conduct, drunkenness and obscene or profane language will not be tolerated as we are a family park. Copies of the Camp Rules are posted and available on the outside information board at the office, or you can view on our website, www.cccamp.us. Wasn't that fun?
