Monthly Rates and Weekly Rates are significantly discounted off Standard Rates.   Rates on monthly stays vary by RV site, cabin, season and number of people staying. Standard rates range from $600 to $1200.   Please call for specific rates. 

Call us! We will let you know what is available for your dates.  We make all extended stay reservations over the phone.  We have online and offline options for booking, so no worries if you are not connected to the internet or just prefer the phone! We are happy to work with you as best as possible.

Required to book: Photo ID and signed camp policies & agreement.  You must be 21 yrs old to make a reservation. The person making the reservation must be the one to call. 

We are pet friendly.  Please let us know about your pets when you make a reservation.  All cabins and furnished apartments have a required pet fee per stay.  There is not a pet fee for RV sites. All Camp Rules apply to all pets at camp.  There is a small dog park for off leash time.   

Credit cards are preferred form of payment.  If you use a card, there is not a security deposit. There is a 3% fee and all cards are kept securely on file.  We also accept Venmo, Cashapp, and cash with a $250 Security Deposit on extended stays.. 

We offer a month to month lease agreement with required 14 day notice for departure.  A signed agreement and photo ID is required for all extended stays. We may ask for proof of income and purpose of stay.  $100 non-refundable deposit holds your site/unit and applies to first month's rent.  One month's rent is due on the first day of your stay.
